Chris has been a Realtor since 2004 and has had a team for the majority of the time. He quickly learned the "old school" way of selling homes would leave him with less sales and unhappy clients. He started a new way to sell homes unheard of at the time. He was "rookie of the year" for his office during his first year. He started a team in 2007 and has had a team ever since. He has completed more than 800 home sales representing Buyers, Sellers, Banks, Bankruptcy Trustees. He has been court ordered as the Realtor of choice in Divorces in the Colorado Springs area. He massive amount of Real estate knowledge is taught to new first time agents still today. Chris enjoys teaching new Realtors how to crush their goals and shows them there is a better way to sell homes.
